Leads by example, demonstrating professionalism, initiative and a genuine passion for patient care while supporting fellow team members. Works closely with dentists, practice management and the wider dental team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice to maintain an environment with the wellbeing of our community and culture in mind.
