About the Role

Enjoy a rewarding permanent part-time role as part of our dedicated Home and Community Care team. You'll be supported by a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional care. This role is based in our Forrest Hill Office and requires call out travel to our client's homes around Melbourne's eastern suburbs.

Shifts

We work on a 4-week roster and re looking to cover the following days for the 4pm-9pm shift. You will be completing admin tasks in the office and responding to any call outs. A fleet vehicle is provided for the role.

Week 1: Tuesday and Wednesday

Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday

Week 3: Tuesday and Wednesday

Week 4: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday

Responsibilities include:

- Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering
- Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)
- Engaging in social activities as required.
- Domestic assistance / housework.

About You





To be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will have:

- Cert III Individual Support or equivalent qualifications
- Australian Driver licence
- First Aid & CPR- or willingness to obtain
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years or willing to obtain)
