The Role As a Strata Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of strata and community schemes, acting as the key point of contact for owners, committee members, and stakeholders while delivering a high level of service and qualified advice.

Your Responsibilities

- Managing a portfolio of strata and community schemes.
- Building strong relationships with owners, committee members, and stakeholders.
- Chairing and attending Annual General Meetings, Committee Meetings, and other required meetings.
- Providing advice on strata legislation, compliance, governance, and by-laws.
- Coordinating maintenance and repair works and managing contractor relationships.




- Overseeing insurance matters, budgets, and financial reporting requirements.
- Responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring portfolio administration is completed accurately and efficiently.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience managing a strata portfolio.
- Strong knowledge of strata legislation and industry best practice.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- A proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment.
- Current Strata Licence or working towards obtaining one.
