We're looking for an ambitious Employment Services leader to take the next step into a Branch Manager role delivering our Transition to Work (TtW) contract at Prahran branch.
If you're already leading people, achieving KPIs and passionate about helping young people move into employment, education or training, this is your opportunity to take greater ownership and make a real impact.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach and motivate a high-performing TtW team
- Own branch KPIs, compliance and youth participant outcomes
- Support young people aged 15–24 to achieve employment, education and training goals
- Coach and develop Recruitment Consultants
- Build strong employer, education and community partnerships
- Use data and performance insights to drive results
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and contract compliance
What we're looking for
We're looking for an ambitious Employment Services performer ready for their first Branch Manager opportunity.
You could be a Team Leader, Senior Consultant or emerging leader with experience across Employment Services, TtW or similar programs.
We're looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in Employment Services and KPI-driven environments
