Territory Sales Representative - Global Manufacturer

- Global manufacturer with an established customer base
- North & East Sydney territory
- $85K+ base + $15K car allowance + bonus + super

THE COMPANY
Our client is a global apparel manufacturer with a long-established presence in Australia. Because it makes its own products, it can offer customers a broad range at competitive prices. The Australian business has grown strongly in recent years and runs a lean, hands-on field sales team.

THE ROLE

- Manage an established customer base across a North & East Sydney territory
- Visit 10-12 customers a day, every day and in all conditions
- Build and follow annual, quarterly and weekly call cycles with the National Field Sales Manager
- Work mainly with printers and decorators, alongside promotional companies, independent retailers and selected direct customers
- Grow each account by matching customers to the right products and introducing new ranges
- Handle customer quote requests and opportunities
- Pick up current business where opportunities arise




- Expect limited lead generation and admin, as this role is about being in front of customers

THE CANDIDATE

- THE MOST IMPORTANT THING: You have the energy, personality and work ethic to turn up and do this well every day, even when the work is repetitive
- B2B field sales or territory management experience
- A track record of building relationships and growing existing accounts
- Experience running a high-frequency, geographic call cycle
- An engaging style that makes customers want you in their business
- Well organised and able to manage your own territory
- Apparel experience isn’t essential, as full product training is provided
- Full Australian driver’s licence and full working rights
- Living close to the territory is ideal

$85K+ base + $15K car allowance + quarterly bonus + super.
