About the role

Dynamic Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced HR Truck Drivers to join our client's established beverage distribution operation in Derrimut, Victoria.

Our client is a leading Australian beverage wholesaler and distributor, supplying an extensive network of licensed venues, hotels, restaurants, bars and bottle shops throughout Victoria.

This position offers full-time hours with plenty of overtime opportunities, making it an excellent opportunity for drivers looking to maximise their weekly earnings.

As an HR Driver, you will be responsible for completing multi-drop deliveries of beverages, including cartons, kegs and other packaged products, while maintaining high standards of customer service, safety and professionalism.

You will play an important role in ensuring hospitality venues and retail customers receive their orders accurately, safely and on schedule.

What you'll be doing

- Operating HR trucks safely and professionally, adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies

- Completing scheduled multi-drop beverage deliveries to hotels, pubs, bars, restaurants, bottle shops and other licensed venues across Melbourne and surrounding areas

- Loading and unloading beverage products, including cartons, kegs and packaged stock

- Performing manual handling duties, including moving heavy and bulky products at customer delivery locations

- Conducting regular pre-start vehicle inspections and reporting maintenance issues promptly

- Managing delivery routes effectively to ensure timely and efficient deliveries

- Maintaining accurate delivery documentation, including proof of delivery and relevant transport records

- Providing friendly,



qualified and reliable customer service when interacting with hospitality and retail customers

- Communicating effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff and customers to ensure smooth daily operations

- Following workplace health and safety procedures, including safe manual handling and load restraint practices

- Demonstrating professionalism, punctuality and reliability throughout each shift

What we're looking for

- Current, valid HR driver's licence with a clean driving history

- Ability to provide a satisfactory National Police Check

- Proven multi-drop delivery experience within the transport, logistics or distribution industry

- Previous experience delivering beverages, foodservice products or other fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) will be highly regarded

- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations, load restraint requirements and safe driving practices

- Experience safely loading, unloading and handling heavy or bulky goods

- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly, approachable personality

- Strong time management and organisational skills to complete multiple deliveries efficiently

- Physically fit and capable of regularly handling beverage cartons, kegs and other products

- Ability to work independently and manage daily delivery schedules
