We are looking for an experienced Finance Officer to join our team. This a .6FTE, part-time position.

What you will do:

The Finance Officer is responsible for contributing to the effective operation, administration and financial management of the school, by providing an accurate bookkeeping, accounting and financial reporting service.



You will report to the Financial Services Manager to provide advice and assistance to staff on finance related matters.

What you will bring:

- Ability to meet agreed timelines and work effectively under pressure with limited supervision

- Ability to complete accurate and timely data entry and bookkeeping services

- Experience in working with a range of software packages, including Education Management Systems (EMS) or equivalent software.

- Experience in maintaining accurate and orderly financial records, both electronic and paper-based

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with staff, students, parents, the wider community, and other stakeholders
