Wiring Harness Assembler – 12V / DC Looms
Cub Campers | North Rocks NSW | Full-time | ~$35 per hour + overtime

Cub Campers has been building tough, well-designed Australian campers and caravans for decades. Our build output is growing, so we’re looking for a Wiring Harness Assembler to join the production team in North Rocks.

The role
You’ll build the 12V DC wiring looms that go into our campers and vans. This is low-voltage work only, not mains or 240V. Every loom is built to a set design, and our experienced team will train you on our layouts, standards and quality checks. If you like precise, hands-on work and take pride in getting it right every time, you’ll fit in well.

What you’ll do

- Build wiring looms to set drawings and specifications

- Measure, cut, strip, crimp and terminate wire, and fit connectors and terminals

- Label, bundle, sleeve and secure looms to the standard

- Check your own work for continuity, polarity and quality before it goes to the line

- Keep your work area tidy and follow safe work procedures

- Work with the production and electrical team to keep the build schedule on track

What we’re looking for

- Experience in wiring,

loom or harness assembly, auto electrical, electronics assembly or similar hands-on work. A trade qualification isn’t required, but some relevant experience is.

- Strong attention to detail and valuable hand skills

- Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams, or a willingness to learn

- A reliable, consistent approach to process work

- Positive communication, and you’re happy to take direction and learn from the team

- Auto electrical, 12V or RV experience is a bonus

What we offer

- Around $35 per hour, depending on experience

- Full-time, 38 hours per week

- Early finish: 6:00am–2:30pm Monday to Thursday and 6:00am–12:00pm on Fridays

- Regular overtime available

- Full training from experienced staff

- A stable, friendly team at a respected Australian manufacturer

- An active safety culture and a clean, organised workshop

How to apply
Apply with your resume and a short note about your wiring or assembly experience. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
