About the Role

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

- Lead the planning and implementation of a high quality, engaging educational program, working together on children’s and families goals.

- Create meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity, kindness, confidence, resilience and independence.

- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and our team.

- Support children's individual development,



interests and learning journeys.

- Mentor and support educators in delivering quality educational practices.

- Contribute to continuous improvement and maintaining our Exceeding standards.

- Champion child safety and well being, ensuring children's rights, protection and safety are at the heart of everything we do.

- Promote a strong child safe culture in accordance with the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, ACECQA guidance and applicable child safety requirements.

- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and the EYLF.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Holds a recognised Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent.

- Has a genuine passion for Early Childhood education and children's learning.

- Is creative, enthusiastic and committed to delivering high quality programs.

- Has strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

- Enjoys working collaboratively and supporting a positive team culture.

- Is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where every child can thrive.

- Understands that child safety is everyone's responsibility and is committed to protecting and promoting children's safety, rights and well being.
