About the role

Working closely with our Operations, Finance, Scheduling and Leadership teams, you will analyse data and deliver insights that support service reliability, workforce efficiency and better customer outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Collecting, validating and analysing operational data from business systems.
- Preparing regular performance and contractual reports.
- Developing dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
- Identifying trends, investigating performance issues and recommending improvements.
- Analysing performance across depots, regions, routes and drivers.
- Supporting forecasting, modelling and responding to reporting requests.
- Presenting findings clearly to internal stakeholders.
About you

We are looking for someone who brings:

- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Commerce, IT, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and good knowledge of Power BI.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Applicants must have full working rights in Australia. Visa holders must have at least two years remaining on their visa.
