CRANE CO AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (CCA)

Proudly Western Australian | Veteran Owned & Operated

We're not here to be the biggest. We're here to be the best.

Let's face it — there's something missing from the crane and rigging labour space.

At Crane Co Australia, our intention is to close that gap.

CCA is an emerging, veteran-owned and operated Western Australian crane and rigging workforce provider with a explicit vision: to raise the benchmark for operator capability, versatility and professionalism.

With service agreements in place with some of the state's largest crane providers, we're building a highly skilled, reliable workforce that can deliver at the highest level.

Make no mistake — we're here to make our mark.

We're not interested in having the most people on our books. We want the best people showcasing our brand!

The opportunity

We're recruiting highly experienced and versatile Crane Operators for FIFO shutdown opportunities across Western Australia's mining and resources sector.

What you can expect:

- Up to $85/hr on night shift for experienced Crane Operators.

- Up to $88/hr on night shift for suitably experienced operators undertaking S26 roles.

- Weekly pay.

- 12-hour shifts.

- FIFO shutdown opportunities.

- Ongoing roster opportunities for operators who prove themselves through shutdown performance.

- One agreed operating rate — no reduction simply because you're allocated a smaller crane.

- Superannuation paid on ALL hours worked.

We recognise genuine experience and versatility, and we believe that commitment should work both ways.

Our minimum requirements

We're looking for operators with a minimum of 5 years' proven seat time who are genuinely competent and current across:

- Liebherr All Terrain cranes

- Demag All Terrain cranes

- Grove All Terrain cranes

- Tadano All Terrain cranes

- Rough Terrain cranes

- Franna pick-and-carry cranes

Mandatory licences, tickets and clearances:

- Relevant and current High Risk Work Licences.

- Minimum HR driver's licence.

- Valid National Police Clearance (NPC) issued within the last 12 months.

- White Card (Construction Induction).

- Work Safely at Heights — completed within the last 2 years.

- Confined Space Entry — completed within the last 2 years.

- Strong commitment to safety, professionalism and teamwork.

Highly regarded:

- HC or MC driver's licence.

- Current or previous site inductions for:

- BHP

- Rio Tinto Iron Ore (RTIO)

- Fortescue

- Pilbara Minerals (PLS)

- Pilbara Ports Authority (PPA)

Experience across all four All Terrain manufacturers is mandatory. If you don't meet this requirement, please do not apply.

Competency verification

CCA has a clear commitment to maintaining the highest standards of operator competency.

All candidates progressing through recruitment must be willing to complete:

- CCA internal written competency verification.

- Client-specific competency assessments.

- Independent third-party RTO Verification of Competency (VOC).

- Standard pre-employment medicals, screening and onboarding requirements.

These assessments are essential to maintaining the quality and safety standards our clients expect.

If you're unwilling to complete these requirements, please do not apply.

Why join CCA?

We're a proudly Western Australian, veteran-owned and operated business, led by people who understand the crane industry because they've worked in it.

We expect a lot from our operators, but we also believe in rewarding those who consistently deliver.

We're not building a database of hundreds of names. We're building a select crew of highly capable professionals who take pride in their work, their reputation and the company they represent.

High expectations. Fair rewards. No compromises.

Ready to join the crew?

If you're an experienced, versatile operator who takes your profession seriously, we'd love to hear from you.
