A role that grows with you

You'll work within a collaborative, neuroaffirming and trauma-informed team, providing psychological therapy and support to children, adolescents and their parents.

We recognise that psychologists bring different strengths, interests and career aspirations. Wherever possible, we aim to shape roles around these.

For experienced and senior psychologists, there are also opportunities to take on broader responsibilities, including:

- Providing clinical supervision and mentoring early career psychologists

- Contributing to clinical leadership and quality improvement

- Supporting the development of our assessment services

- Leading clinical projects and contributing to practice initiatives

- Helping shape how we support our clients, clinicians and wider community
