- Maintain HSE reporting, compliance registers and corrective action tracking.

- Partner with operational management to promote a proactive, practical and positive safety culture.

About You

Ideally, you will demonstrate:

- Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

- Previous HSE experience in recycling, waste management, manufacturing, transport, construction or other high-risk operational environments.

- Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.

- Understanding of heavy vehicle Chain of Responsibility obligations.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently across multiple sites.

- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel between operational sites.

- Experience in metal recycling, waste processing, EPA compliance or multi-site operations will be highly regarded.
