About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play an significant role in delivering safe, effective and compassionate patient care. Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will support patients throughout their healthcare journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality nursing care in line with established clinical standards and policies.
- Assisting with patient assessments, monitoring and documentation.
- Administering medications within your scope of practice and relevant authorisations.
- Supporting patients with daily living activities and individual care needs.
- Recognising and escalating changes in patient condition.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Promoting patient safety,
dignity and positive healthcare outcomes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and patient-centred approach to nursing.
- The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong clinical judgement and attention to detail.
- A commitment to delivering safe and high-quality patient care.
- Availability to work contract shifts, including weekends and rotating shifts where required.
