Nobul has been exclusively engaged by a market-leading builder here in Queensland to find an experienced Construction Manager to lead a major division. This is a rare leadership opportunity to build the capability of the construction team.
You will be supported by a highly experienced team, reporting directly to executive leadership and leading the delivery of multiple construction projects whilst overseeing up to 5 direct reports.

About You:
- Proven experience in a senior construction management role with a commercial builder in QLD.
- Proven ability to manage construction projects on schedule and on budget with strong financial & business acumen.
- A proactive leader who is cooperative and a team-player, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and mentoring a team.
- Working knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC), QBCC act, QDC, Work Health and Safety Act and any other relevant legislative requirement.
- QBCC Supervisors or Builders licence and valid driver's licence.
- Current references that can be contacted within the recruitment process.
