THE COMPANY

You will join a close-knit TA team where your hiring has a direct and visible impact across the business. Based in gorgeous Sydney CBD offices, you will enjoy a hybrid working arrangement.

THE ROLE
You will own end-to-end recruitment for a busy portfolio of roles, with technology making up the bulk of your hiring alongside a mix of corporate positions. Working directly with hiring managers and the internal TA team, you will have the autonomy to run your own desk, with support when you need it.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job brief and advertising through to offer, contracts and onboarding
- Source technology and corporate talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK and direct headhunting
- Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, timelines and market insights
- Coordinate interviews, assessments and candidate communication
- Complete pre-employment checks, approvals and documentation accurately
- Build talent pools and keep ATS records up to date
- Manage agency relationships and external vendor engagement

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Proven experience recruiting technology roles alongside corporate hiring




- 3+ years in a hands-on talent acquisition or recruitment role
- Strong direct sourcing skills, particularly with LinkedIn Recruiter
- The ability to manage high volumes and competing priorities with attention to detail
- In-house or RPO experience (highly regarded)
- Ability to start ASAP
- You may currently be a Talent Acquisition Partner, Talent Advisor, Internal Recruiter or Technical Recruiter
