We're looking for a Compliance, Risk and Security Manager to protect our people, premises, assets and information across our national branch network. Reporting to the CEO, you'll own an integrated approach to compliance, risk and security, working from our Adelaide office with regular engagement across our national branch network.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Monitor AUSTRAC compliance obligations across both Guardian Vaults and Guardian Gold

- Write, maintain and roll out compliance and security policies, and train branch managers and security staff

- Run a risk framework, including risk assessments, registers and a risk-based program

- Track all electronic and physical security systems at every branch ensuring they are functional, serviceable and well maintained

- Manage security suppliers and service providers





- Lead the response to significant security incidents, from containment through to post-incident review and corrective actions

- Prepare monthly management reports

About you

- Experience managing AUSTRAC compliance obligations and requirements

- Experience with risk assessments, risk registers and audit

- Experience drafting policies and procedures and training operational teams

- A background in incident response, investigations and post-incident reviews

- Working knowledge of security licensing, privacy policies, and WHS requirements

- Explicit communication, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities independently
