Dynamic Staffing Solutions is seeking Reach Forklift Drivers to join our warehouse operations team in Yennora, NSW. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our warehousing and distribution operations. As a Reach Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving, stacking, and retrieving goods using reach forklift equipment. This role is essential to maintaining smooth warehouse operations and ensuring timely delivery of products to our clients. You will work on-site at our Yennora facility, contributing directly to the success of our logistics network.
Key responsibilities
- Operate reach forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack, and retrieve goods in the warehouse environment
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring items are properly secured and organised
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of goods handled throughout your shift
- Conduct pre-operation safety checks on reach forklift equipment to ensure all machinery is in proper working condition
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and comply with all occupational health and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to meet daily targets and deadlines
- Store goods in designated locations, maximising warehouse space efficiency
- Report any equipment damage, safety concerns, or discrepancies to supervisors promptly
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote a safe working environment
What we're looking for
- Current and valid Reach Forklift Licence (or High-Risk Work Licence) issued by the appropriate authority
- Proven experience operating reach forklifts in a warehouse or distribution centre environment
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and occupational health and safety regulations
- Excellent spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination for precision equipment operation
- Ability to work efficiently and meet daily productivity targets
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks safely
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording inventory and documentation
- Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work required shifts
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures
