Fancy Hank's Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Venue Supervisor to join the team at Good Heavens, one of Melbourne's favourite rooftop cocktail bars.

This position is based exclusively at Good Heavens,



where you'll work alongside an experienced management team to lead both floor and bar operations, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional experience for every guest.

About the Role

As a Venue Supervisor, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operations of Good Heavens, working closely with the management team to maintain high standards across both floor and bar service.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing floor and bar operations to ensure smooth, efficient service

- Leading and supporting floor and bar teams during busy services

- Delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards

- Coaching, training and developing team members to build a confident, high-performing team

- Supporting daily venue operations, including opening and closing procedures

- Managing staff breaks, service flow and team allocation during busy periods

- Assisting with labour management and ensuring staffing levels align with business needs

- Maintaining venue presentation, cleanliness and operational standards

- Working collaboratively with the management team to create a positive and supportive workplace culture

- Taking ownership of your responsibilities, making confident decisions and leading by example

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being actively involved in service,



supporting their team and contributing to the success of a busy rooftop venue.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory or leadership role

- Experience working in high-volume bars, pubs or restaurants

- Confidence overseeing both floor and bar operations

- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

- Ability to manage teams and maintain service standards during busy periods

- A proactive approach with the ability to solve problems and make decisions

- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences

- A positive attitude and willingness to support and develop others

- Current RSA Certificate

- Full Australian working rights

- Availability to work evenings and weekends as part of a four-day roster
