Randstad Education is partnering with a leading not-for-profit, community-based Early Years Management provider located in the Swan Hill region of Northern Victoria. We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Early Childhood Teacher & Educational Leader to join an established, community-focused sessional kindergarten in an ongoing position.

Your New Role

This is an ongoing, part-time position working 32 hours per week across a four-day roster (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, with dedicated non-contact planning time on Wednesday 8:00am-2:30pm). You will lead the delivery of funded kindergarten programs for both 3-year-old and 4-year-old groups.

- Educational Leadership: Develop, lead,



and continuously improve a high-quality educational program in line with Regulation 73 of the National Regulations, inspiring reflective practice across the team.

- Pedagogy & Culture: Implement inquiry-driven, child-centred learning experiences while incorporating First Nations perspectives respectfully and meaningfully into everyday practice.

- Mentorship & Collaboration: Guide, mentor, and support co-educators through professional discussion, collaborative planning, and critical reflection to achieve best practice.

- Partnerships: Build strong, respectful partnerships with children, families, and the local community to support every child's learning journey and wellbeing.

Successful Educator Profile

- Qualifications: ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent).

- Registration & Compliance: Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Early Childhood registration, and current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certification.

- Attributes: A collaborative and reflective approach, strong relationship-building skills, and a genuine passion for high-quality, inclusive early years education.
