We are seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Coach (Colorectal and Digestive disease) based at our Fitzroy campus.ABOUT YOUR RECENT ROLEThis is a fixed term role until October **** on a part-time basis (0.4 FTE) based at our Fitzroy campus.
This is your chance to join our education team and continue driving education and training innovation across the colorectal and digestive diseases speciality area.What you'll be doingSupport our staff and diverse learners - from postgraduate students to enrolled and registered nurse graduatesDeliver specialised clinical education that transforms practiceChampion professionalism and foster collaborative teamwork Lead mandatory competency assessments Identify learning gaps and create innovative solutionsDesign and facilitate targeted in-service education sessions What we're looking for in youCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Proven experience supporting diverse nursing learners (enrolled & registered) Minimum 3 years specialised experience in colorectal / digestive diseases nursingPassion for education and mentoring excellenceInnovation mindset and collaborative spirit Desirable - Post-graduate qualification and/or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or actively pursuing)Ability to work flexibly WHY WORK FOR SVPHMYou will join a high performing team and a workplace with relationships built on mutual trust and respect.
