The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day bar operation, working closely with the wider venue team to deliver a memorable guest experience.
You'll be involved in:
Leading, training and motivating the bar team
Maintaining high standards of beverage quality and service
Managing stock, ordering and beverage costs
Supporting rosters and labour management
Creating a welcoming atmosphere and engaging with guests




Working closely with the kitchen and venue leadership
Bringing fresh ideas to grow sales and elevate the beverage offering
Who Are We Looking For?
You don't need to have held a Bar Manager title before.
We're keen to hear from
Bar Supervisors, Duty Managers or strong senior bartenders
who are ready for more responsibility.
You'll bring:
Bar leadership or supervisory experience
A genuine passion for drinks and hospitality
A hands-on, positive and switched-on approach
Confidence leading a team and managing busy service
Commercial awareness and an interest in stock and costs
A quirky personality, fresh ideas and a desire to grow
