About the Role
Support the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations across restaurant, bar, terrace, poolside and takeaway
Lead shifts and coordinate the team to deliver smooth, productive service
Drive service standards, guest engagement and issue resolution on the floor
Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, reporting and shift checklists
Support rostering, labour planning, stock control and cost management
Skills and Experience
2+ years in a hospitality leadership role (restaurant and/or bar)
Strong customer service focus with confident complaint resolution
Proven ability to supervise,



train and motivate teams during service
Sound operational skills: POS, cash handling, reporting, stock control
Availability for a flexible roster including weekends and evenings
