Night Time Supervisor | Harris Farm Markets, Bowral
The sun's down, the store's still buzzing.
Ready to lead the evening shift?
Bowral's Harris Farm comes alive after dark.
As the day winds down, you'll be the one keeping the shelves stocked, the standards high and the team switched on, so every customer who walks in the next morning finds something to get excited about.
We're a growing, family owned Australian fresh food business, and everything we do is driven by our purpose: the Greater Goodness, for our customers, our community, our planet and each other.
We're currently searching for our next superstar Store Leader to take charge of the evening shift.
What it's like to be a Harris Farmer
Do work that contributes to something bigger
Grow your career in more directions than one
Build real connections with people who feel like family
Be valued for who you are, every day
We reward our people fairly and offer benefits that genuinely matter, because excellent people deserve great things.
Your evening on the floor
You'll be the person the team turns to when something needs sorting.
You'll support the Store Manager by owning the admin and compliance for the store, rostering most departments, and making sure everything runs smoothly so your Store Manager can lead from the front.
When they're off the floor, you're the one in charge.

Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service through the evening rush
Drive sales, margin, stock control and labour performance
Coach and develop team members into the leaders of tomorrow
Keep WHS, food safety and company standards front of mind
Set the bar for visual presentation, quality and freshness
Run the store with confidence in the Store Manager's absence
You might be our Night Time Supervisor if you
Love food and have worked in fresh food retail
Have experience in retail leadership, ideally in supermarket, fresh food or specialty retail
Lead from the front and get hands-on when it counts
Communicate in a way that builds trust and gets people fired up
Are confident managing performance, change and operational priorities
Bring a commercial mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
Why you'll love it here
Work with a highly successful, growing business
Be part of a team that feels like family
Build a career path with real room to move
Enjoy variety, and plenty of reasons to stay on your feet
At Harris Farm, we welcome everyone, from all walks of life and all abilities.
