Talent Acquisition Partner
, you will play a key role in supporting the business through a period of high activity, managing end-to-end recruitment, and building strong relationships with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles and business areas.
Partner with line managers to take thorough job briefs and provide expert advice on sourcing strategies.
Proactively source, attract and engage high-quality talent through multiple channels.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience, from initial contact through to onboarding.
Contribute to broader people initiatives and support the team where required.
Key Criteria:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an end-to-end recruitment role, ideally at a senior level.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with managers and colleagues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team approach.
Proven ability to manage high volumes of recruitment activity in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work with autonomy and initiative.
