close-knit Kitchen Stewarding team as casual Kitchen Stewarding Team Members.Working in a world-class facility, delivering Extraordinary events, you
will play an essential role in the operation of our Culinary team.
You will:Undertake bulk washing of all cutlery, crockery,



kitchen equipment and glassware;Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen anddishwasher areas;Clean and sanitise all food storage areas, cool rooms, freezers, ovens and other equipment;Be responsible for the safe removal of rubbish and recycling of both wet and dry kitchen waste;Be responsible for the safe transport of clearing stations around kitchen and service areas;Operate a large scale flight dishwasher, ensuring machine is running properly at all times;Complete cleaning schedules within ICC Sydney as instructed by Supervisors.Why ICC Sydney?
