You'll be a key leader within the store, partnering closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, develop a high-performing team and bring the playful, optimistic spirit of Kate Spade Recent York to life for every customer.
What you'll be doing
Partner with the Store Manager to lead the day-to-day performance of the store
Coach, motivate and develop the team to achieve individual and store targets
Drive a robust culture of
clienteling, styling and elevated customer service
Take ownership of the sales floor and confidently step into store leadership when required
Use commercial insights and KPIs to identify opportunities and improve performance
Support visual merchandising and ensure the store consistently represents the Kate Spade brand
Build a positive, inclusive and high-energy team environment
Support operational excellence across stock, rostering, loss prevention and store standards
What we're looking for




You're a confident retail leader who knows how to balance
people leadership with commercial performance
.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Previous experience as an
Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or experienced retail leader
A strong background in fashion, premium retail, accessories, lifestyle or a customer-led retail environment
A genuine passion for coaching and developing people
Confidence working with sales targets, KPIs and store performance
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
A hands-on leadership style and the ability to lead from the floor
Energy, resilience and a positive approach in a fast-paced retail environment
