We're looking for x2 motivated Internal Sales & Customer Service team member to provide exceptional service to our customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of our retail showroom.This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll assist customers face-to-face, over the phone and via email, process sales and quotes, maintain stock accuracy and provide support across warehouse and delivery operations when required.What you'll be doingGreet customers and provide friendly, professional serviceRespond to sales enquiries, phone calls, emails and quote requestsProcess customer orders accurately and efficientlyFollow up customer enquiries to maximise customer satisfaction and sales opportunitiesMaintain a well-presented, clean and organised showroomMerchandise products, promotions and specialsMonitor stock levels, back orders and slow-moving productsComplete regular stocktakes with a high level of accuracyPick and pack customer ordersReceive, replenish and put away stockAssist customers collecting gas productsSupport warehouse and delivery activities when requiredComplete relevant administration and documentationFollow all safety, quality and operational proceduresWhat we're looking forYou'll be a great fit if you have:Previous customer service,
