hydraulic and mechanical systemsAttending breakdowns and carrying out repairs onsite and in the workshopCompleting inspections and preparing equipment for hireConducting routine maintenance and safety inspectionsCarrying out breakdown response and troubleshootingCommunicating directly with customers and providing professional onsite serviceSupporting general workshop duties and keeping equipment maintained to a high standardEnsuring all equipment is safe, reliable and ready for customersWhat You'll NeedCertificate III in Diesel, Mobile Plant, Heavy Vehicle, Forklift or a related mechanical tradePrevious experience as a qualified mechanic within a workshop, field service, plant, transport, truck, forklift or equipment environmentStrong mechanical aptitude and practical troubleshooting skillsGood diesel engine diagnostic and fault-finding abilitiesExperience with mechanical and hydraulic systemsProfessional approach when dealing directly with customersCurrent driver's licenceWhy Work With Us?
