Exceptional and ongoing hours are available for those that demonstrate person centred practices and can commit to the client's long-term support needs.
As a team member you will be required to be familiar with all shifts including passive overnights.You will be responsible for providing dedicated, individualised and flexible support services to assist our client to live independently, safely, and comfortably within the community.Your role will include:Supporting our client in her own home where she receives 24 hours support from a dedicated team of support workersSupport with personal care - hygiene, transfers, grooming,
