An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced HVAC Project Manager.Your new company An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded building services contractor in Sydney.The business specialises in technically complex building services and provides services across the full building life cycle, including installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance.This position would suit an experienced HVAC Project Manager who is technically strong, commercially aware and comfortable taking ownership of mechanical projects from planning and procurement through construction, commissioning and handover.Your new role As HVAC Project Manager, you will manage the successful delivery of HVAC and mechanical services projects across Sydney.Projects will involve a variety of mechanical systems and upgrade works, including:Chilled water systemsCondenser water systemsCooling towersLarge AHU replacementsChiller upgradesBoiler systemsDX systemsVRF/VRV installationsDuctwork packagesMechanical services installationsYou will coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, commercially and to the required technical standard.What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this position,
