Brisbane CBD Contract until 30 June **** Federal GovernmentYour new company Hays is partnering with a Federal Government organisation to recruit a Production Support Officer for a contract based in Brisbane CBD until 30 June ****.Your new role Working within a high-volume operational environment, you will support a range of back-of-house processing activities to ensure physical applications and documentation are accurately and efficiently managed.Your responsibilities may include:Scanning application forms, supporting documents and photographsSeparating and preparing physical applications and attachments for processingRe-scanning documentation and completing manual exception tasksSorting mail, filing and securely disposing of recordsIdentifying and managing incorrectly categorised applicationsCompleting data verification, image enhancement, pre-print assurance and quality authorisation activitiesAssisting with other administrative and production duties as requiredYou will receive training across a variety of duties and will need to be comfortable moving between tasks according to operational requirements.
Some work can be repetitive and may involve lifting, walking or standing for extended periods.What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this position,



you will demonstrate:Strong attention to detail and accuracyGood IT literacy and confidence using Microsoft applications and workplace technologyAn understanding of the importance of secure records managementFlexibility and the ability to adapt to changing prioritiesA high level of discretion and confidentialityPersonal accountability and a responsive approach to your workYou must be an Australian Citizen and meet pre-employment screening requirements.
You will also require a Baseline Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
