We are looking for a talented and motivated Cook to join our growing kitchen team.As a Cook, you will play an important role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our food.
This is a permanent, full-time position and a great opportunity to develop your culinary skills and grow within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
What you'll do Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes in line with menu specificationsAssist with daily food preparation and mise en placeMaintain food quality, consistency and presentation standardsMonitor stock levels and assist with stock control and inventory managementKeep your work area clean, organised and efficientComply with all food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirementsWork collaboratively with the Head Chef,



Sous Chef and kitchen team to keep the kitchen running smoothlyAssist with receiving and storing food supplies in line with food safety standards About you Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent qualificationAt least 1 year of relevant experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchenStrong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standardsAbility to work efficiently in a busy kitchenExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to qualityStrong communication, teamwork and time management skillsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required Pay and benefits The salary is $80,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation.
