A major transport infrastructure project (valued at more than $1 billion) is underway across South East Queensland, delivering complex rail, station and civil works.
Having won numerous major projects in Queensland in the past 12 months, the head contractor is seeking a Senior Planner - Civils to develop and control the program for the civil works packages, providing a credible baseline, reliable forecasts and timely advice on critical interfaces and emerging delay.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed civil construction programs from the contract,



drawings and specificationsWork with construction teams to plan staging, sequencing and resourcing of civil worksRun critical-path and delay analysis, flag risks to milestones and look for time savingsUpdate progress, produce forecasts and prepare program reporting for the project teamSupport commercial and estimating teams with resource-loaded programs and time-related claims input What We're Looking For Planning or programming experience on civil infrastructure projectsExperience on complex Tier 2 civil projects and aboveWorking knowledge of Primavera P6 or other similar planning softwareStrong reporting skills, with the ability to identify and communicate program riskComfortable working to tight deadlines Relocation packages on offer.
Australian experience is required.
