Adelaide CBD Contract Opportunity Major ICT Transformation ProgramYour new companyThis well-established South Australian Government organisation is undertaking a significant ICT transformation program across its technology infrastructure and business systems.An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Application Delivery Coordinator to join the program and support the successful coordination and delivery of software and technology initiatives across multiple project streams.Your new role:Reporting to a Project Manager, you will play a key role in bringing multiple technical workstreams together and ensuring delivery remains coordinated, visible and on track.
This is a delivery coordination and facilitation role rather than a direct people management position.
You will work closely with Project Managers, Stream Leads, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Testers, technical teams and vendors.Key responsibilities will include:Coordinating backlog refinement, sprint planning, release planning and capacity planningManaging delivery forecasting, sequencing and milestone trackingCoordinating dependencies across development, data migration, systems integration, testing and deploymentMaintaining delivery information, dashboards, metrics and reporting within Azure DevOpsIdentifying and escalating delivery risks, capacity constraints, delays and scheduling conflictsFacilitating estimation, prioritisation and dependency discussions across project streamsSupporting scope management and trade-off discussions where changes impact delivery commitmentsSupporting Agile delivery practices and project governanceCoordinating delivery activities across Microsoft technologies and the Power PlatformWhat you'll need to succeed:To be successful in this position,



you will have demonstrated experience coordinating software delivery across complex ICT projects or transformation programs.You will ideally bring:Robust hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including delivery tracking, dashboards and reportingExperience coordinating backlog refinement, sprint planning, capacity planning and delivery forecastingStrong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban or hybrid environmentsExperience coordinating multiple concurrent technical workstreamsExposure to application development, systems integration, data migration, testing and release activitiesStrong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skillsProven ability to identify and escalate risks, issues, dependencies and delivery constraintsStrong organisation, communication and reporting capabilitiesExperience across Microsoft Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines and release management will be highly regarded.What you'll get in return:This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a large and complex ICT transformation program while working across application delivery, integration, data, testing and deployment.You'll gain exposure to multiple technical workstreams and work alongside experienced project and technology professionals within a complex enterprise environment.The role is based in Adelaide CBD, with appointment subject to appropriate work eligibility and criminal history requirements.
