You will work directly with users to resolve technical issues and drive excellence in service delivery.The role focuses on Level 1 and 2 support, mentoring junior staff, and troubleshooting the Microsoft technology stack across large enterprise environments.
Excellent communication and a proactive customer‐facing approach are essential.
