You will have supervision and support from experienced lawyers, work that is varied from your first month, and a firm that backs its people with mentoring, flexibility and a clear path to progress.Your current roleAdvise both employers and employees on a broad range of workplace matters, including employment contracts, performance management, terminations and employment disputes.
You will draft documents, communicate with clients and take part in negotiations, with supervision and support as you build your own files and experience.About YouYou are a junior lawyer who wants real employment law work and a team that will help you develop.
