We are looking for a strong bartender with a minimum 2 years experience and an interest in wine, to complete our small, passionate team.The successful applicant would be required to work ******* hours per week, over 4 – 5 shifts, on a regular roster basis.Our simple menu & wine list is focused on local & European makers, classic cocktails and quiet technique whilst using produce of the highest quality.
