Reve Design Pty Ltd is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Melbourne, VIC **** on a full-time basis.
This is a strategic role that will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing communications campaigns that elevate our brand presence and drive business growth.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our company communicates with its audience, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels whilst contributing to the achievement of our organisational objectives.
Key responsibilities
Developing and executing integrated marketing communications strategies that align with company objectives and target audience requirements
Creating compelling marketing content including copy, visuals, and multimedia materials for various channels and campaigns
Managing and coordinating marketing campaigns from conception through to delivery and performance analysis
Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic marketing decisions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and product development to ensure cohesive brand messaging
Managing marketing communications budgets and resources whilst ensuring optimal return on investment
Monitoring, measuring and reporting on campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators
Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications channels
Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in marketing communications
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
3-5 years of professional experience in marketing communications, digital marketing or related marketing function
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages
Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics platforms
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles including SEO, SEM, content marketing and social media strategy
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing recommendations
Project management capabilities with proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyCreative thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Experience with graphic design software or basic design principles is desirable
Knowledge of brand management and corporate communications is advantageous
