Your recent company An exciting opportunity is available to join a large, established organisation within their Market Operations team.
You'll be part of a supportive, multi-state team in a customer-focused environment, with structured training and ongoing coaching provided.Your new role As a Market Operations Associate, you'll work within a middle-office function, with the position focused approximately 80% on processing and 20% on phone-based customer support.Your responsibilities will include:Processing transactions and credit accountsManaging customer requests through email and the client portalProviding high-quality customer service and stakeholder supportHandling a small volume of inbound calls, generally no more than 10Making approximately 20 outbound calls per day to progress or finalise existing requestsLiaising with internal stakeholdersCompleting accurate and timely processing in a fast-paced environmentSupporting customers with existing enquiries and requests, with no cold calling involvedWhat you'll need to succeed A minimum of 12 months' experience in a customer-focused roleExperience within banking, transactional banking, insurance,
