Customer Care Team Lead Temp Immediate StartYour new company An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Care Team Lead to join a well-known and much-loved Australian retail brand on an immediate temporary basis.Based on the outskirts of the city his role will provide hands-on leadership and support to an established Customer Care team while the business recruits permanently.Your new role Working closely with the wider business, you will be responsible for keeping the Customer Care function running smoothly day to day, including:Leading and supporting the Customer Care teamManaging customer escalations and complex enquiriesMonitoring customer tickets and ensuring timely resolutionManaging team rosters and timesheetsProviding additional coverage during periods of leaveSupporting consistent,
