your responsibilities will include:Civil Design & DraftingPreparing civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Civil Site DesignAssisting in the preparation of:Rail track designsRoadworksStormwater drainage systemsWater and sewer reticulationEarthworks and pavement designsUtilities layoutsWork-As-Executed (WAE) drawingsTechnical SupportAssisting with basic hydrological and hydraulic calculationsUsing Watercom DRAINS software (training and support provided where required)Supporting senior engineers with documentation and design developmentAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will:Be undertaking or have completed a Diploma of Civil Construction Design or Associate Diploma of Civil Engineering / Engineering DesignHave demonstrated working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Civil 3DExperience with Watercom DRAINS software (advantageous but not essential)Hold a current White CardHold a valid Australian Driver's LicenceHave full working rights in AustraliaDemonstrate strong attention to detail and willingness to learnBe motivated, proactive and eager to grow your engineering careerYour OpportunityThis is an outstanding opportunity for a cadet or junior designer looking to build a long-term career in civil engineering.
