We are looking for an experienced Senior Licensed Conveyancer or Project Paralegal to predominantly run our off the plan project conveyancing for our developer clients.
You will manage projects from contract issue through to bulk settlement.
You will work closely with our senior solicitors and have real ownership of your projects.Key responsibilitiesYou will manage a broad range of conveyancing matters across residential, development and large-scale property transactions, working closely with senior lawyers and clients throughout the transaction stagesPrepare and issue contractsRespond to purchaser requests, including contract amendmentsTake instructions from clientsLiaise with clients, agents, lenders and other stakeholdersAbout youAt least 4 years experience as a Licensed Conveyancer or Project Conveyancing Paralegal,
