You'll be joining a close-knit, collaborative team within a well-regarded WA business that has ambitious growth plans for the next two years.About the roleReporting to the Head of Finance, you'll support accounting across a managed commercial property portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:Receipting, recording and reconciling general trust and security deposit accountsProcessing accounts payable, including coding invoices and preparing payment runsManaging accounts receivable, invoicing and following up overdue accountsSetting up the financial side of recent leases,



renewals and rent reviews in the property management systemHelping coordinate the end-of-year outgoings audit and liaising with external auditorsAnswering accounting queries from tenants, property owners and property managersAbout youMust have full Australian working rights in order to applyA degree (completed or nearly completed) in accounting, finance, business, property or a related fieldA good understanding of cash and accrual accountingStrong attention to detail, honesty and a sense of ownership over your workClear, confident communication with clients and colleaguesExperience with Cirrus8 or another property or accounting system is a bonus but not essentialA current WA driver's licence and access to a reliable vehiclePermanent Australian working rightsWhy apply?
