This is a people-first role where you'll build genuine relationships with successful entrepreneurs, understand their goals, connect them with the right people and opportunities, and ensure they get real value from their CUB membership.Key responsibilitiesOwn and manage a portfolio of 200 members, becoming their trusted point of contactBuild solid, long-term member relationships through regular 1:1 engagementDrive member engagement, satisfaction and retention across the membership lifecycleConduct member inductions, connection meetings and renewal meetingsIdentify opportunities to create value through introductions, networking, events and personalised engagementOwn the renewal process,
