We're known for stylish furniture, strong value, fast delivery, hands-on customer service and a team that gets things done.We're looking for someone who wants more than a basic retail job.This role is for an energetic, confident and reliable person who can sell, communicate well, create content, help keep the showroom looking great and support the team across different parts of the business.You do not need years of furniture experience.

What matters most is attitude, confidence, reliability, willingness to learn and the ability to take ownership.What you'll be doingGreet customers and help them choose the right furniture for their homeBuild rapport, understand customer needs and confidently close salesPrepare quotes, process orders and follow up with customersLearn our full product range including lounges, dining, beds, mattresses and home furnitureHelp maintain strong showroom presentation and merchandising standardsAssist with stock checks, pricing, product displays and general showroom organisationSupport customer enquiries before and after the saleHelp coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams when requiredCreate simple social media content for TikTok, Instagram and FacebookAppear in product videos if comfortable on cameraHelp film new arrivals, promotions, product demonstrations and showroom contentContribute ideas for marketing,
