We're seeking a hands‐on, reliableLive‐in Caretakerto maintain and present the Residential Village common areas, gardens, and recreational facilities to a high standard.
You'll work independently but in close communication with the management team ensuring our village remains secure, functional, and welcoming.
What you'll do
Carry out minor repairs and maintenance on common propertyMaintain gardens, lawns, and irrigation systemsClean and check the amenities, recreational areas and building and swimming poolAbility to remain compliant in all areas of OH&S; and ensure policies and procedures are maintained at all times, with onsite visitors and residents.Keep roads, paths, carparks,



and lighting in good orderOversee contractors for specialised worksPrepare regular maintenance reports and attend occasional meetingsPhysically fit and enthusiastic with a'can do'attitude
What you'll bring
Practical handyman and gardening skillsability to use small excavator and operate ride on mowerAbility to work independently and manage time wellGood communication and record-keeping skillsWillingness to take direction and work collaborativelyKnowledge of pool maintenance (advantageous, but training can be provided)
This position is primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional agreed overtime during busy periods
Live in the onsite Caretakers residence

Pay: $62,****** per year + Superannuation
Expected hours: 40 per week (agreed overtime available)
