Fibber McGee's in Leederville, WA is seeking a full time Chef de Partie to support our busy kitchen.
We produce in-house sauces, stocks, butter, bread and desserts, and we dry age and butcher beef on the premises.
You will contribute to high standards and play a key role in day-to-day kitchen operations.Working with the Head Chef, you will help plan menus, manage inventory, and supervise junior staff to maintain quality and efficiency.
