Production Workers / Machine Operators - Afternoon Shift
Location: Silverwater, NSW
Our client is one of Australia's leading manufacturers and distributors of food and beverage consumable products.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking experienced Production Workers / Machine Operators to join their expanding manufacturing team on the afternoon shift.
Position Details
Monday to Friday shifts (with overtime as required)Afternoon shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pmPay rate: $***** per hour + overtime ratesTemp-to-permanent opportunity for successful candidates

Key Responsibilities
Operate production and packaging machineryLoad and unload raw materialsFeed raw materials into machinery for productionTransfer and palletise finished goodsOperate automatic lifting trolleys (rewinding packaging film rolls)Perform general pick and pack dutiesFollow company policies and proceduresMaintain housekeeping and assist with warehouse duties
About You
To be considered,



you will ideally have:
Previous production or manufacturing experienceExperience in food manufacturing (highly desirable)HACCP and food safety awarenessAbility to work effectively in a team environmentStrong communication skillsAbility to work under pressure in a rapid-paced environmentHigh attention to detailPhysical fitness (ability to lift up to 25kg)Reliable transportAvailability to work Monday-Friday and overtime when requiredImmediate availability (preferred)
