Opened in November ****, Hoteloco offers a modern and welcoming stay experience in the heart of Sydney.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, with a primary focus on Housekeeping and support across Front Office Reception.About the RoleAs our next team member, you will:Service and clean guest rooms to a high standard (housekeeping experience essential)Ensure public areas are presented immaculatelyAssist with guest enquiries both face to face and over the phoneSupport front office operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations and guest accountsProvide friendly and professional guest service at all timesAssist guests throughout their stay,



from arrival to departureMultitask across departments in a small team environmentBe willing to go the extra mile to create a positive guest experienceThis is a hands‐on role suited to someone comfortable working across multiple departments in a boutique property.What We Are Looking ForPrevious housekeeping experience (essential)Front office or reception experience (desired but not essential)Prior experience in hospitality and/or customer serviceExperience using RMS is an advantage (training provided)Strong attention to detail and time management skillsA reliable and proactive team playerComfortable working in a small team environmentA friendly personality with strong communication skillsFlexibility to work across a seven‐day roster, including weekendsIf you are reliable, take pride in your work, and enjoy delivering quality guest service in a boutique hotel setting, we would love to hear from you.
